This unequaled urban shipping container office and living space belongs to daiken-met architects in Gifu, Japan. It is approx 1,198 sq. Foot. in size and comprises of seven cargo shipping containers which are held in collaboration by a steel mobile frame.

You may believe that this elegantly modern 1,517 sq. Foot. Home has nothing to do with preassembled structures but all the same, not only are 2 prefabricated masses used here, – they, in addition to, determine the designing strategy and the space organization of the home. The basic architects’ idea was to take 2 long shipping containers and put them onto the plot with a sure length and angle between them. This was the all important conclusion which resulted in an spectacular lay-out.
